Our President Receives Mike Damato Award 2010

Every year the outgoing chapter president chooses a chapter member who made a difference throughout the year, by their contributions to the chapter. In honor of past Chapter Executive Director, Mike Damato who made the Metro New Jersey Chapter what it is today, the chapter recognizes members at the holiday dinner as a way of paying forward the energy and positive contributions Mike was known for.

The 2010 recipient is Patrick Josephs, MAI. Patrick chaired the education committee for the third year and the newly formed Diversity Committee as well as serving as regional rep and regional Diversity chair. He has worked hard to create scholarships and share information about national scholarship programs to assist students in their pursuit of the AI designation. Patrick is a busy appraiser who found the time to educate, inspire and contribute: The Metro NJ Chapter is grateful for their time and expertise.
